For the purposes of these Terms:

• “Confidential Information” refers to any information disclosed by one party to another in written, graphic, electronic, or other tangible form related to business operations, clients, suppliers, finances, Symposium Materials, or services. This excludes information already in the public domain (except through wrongful disclosure), information required by law or regulation, or information already in the receiving party’s lawful possession.
• “Symposium Materials” include all content, resources, and information provided by the Lazarus Initiative as part of your membership, available in electronic or hard copy format.
• “Fees” mean any monetary charges you pay to Lazarus Initiative (or its representatives) for access to memberships and accompanying services.
• “Services” refer to access to the Symposium Livestream Broadcasts and any supplemental content or benefits provided as part of your Lazarus Initiative Online Membership.

By purchasing a Lazarus Initiative Online Membership and clicking “Accept,” you enter into a legally binding agreement with Lazarus Initiative and accept these Terms in full. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

Your membership grants you access to the following:

• Participation in live Symposium broadcasts and events.
• Any downloadable or streaming Symposium Materials provided as part of the membership.
• Exclusive member content, as outlined when purchasing the membership.

Specific features or benefits may vary based on the type of membership purchased. Details of each membership package, including benefits and fees, will be clearly described at the point of purchase.

The Fees payable for your membership must be processed in full at the time of purchase. All payments are final, with no refunds unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Membership purchases are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, including in the event of missed live broadcasts. Cancellation may be permitted at the sole discretion of the Lazarus Initiative if extraordinary circumstances arise, in compliance with applicable laws.

Your membership is personal to you and non-transferable. Sharing or distributing access to livestream broadcasts, downloads, or Symposium Materials to others without explicit written permission from the Lazarus Initiative is prohibited. Any unauthorized sharing may result in immediate cancellation of your membership without refund.

All Symposium Materials and content provided through your membership—whether live or recorded—are the intellectual property of the Lazarus Initiative. Membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You must not copy, record, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

Members agree to handle all shared Confidential Information with care and use it only as permitted under these Terms. Disclosure of any Symposium Materials or Confidential Information to third parties without authorization may result in the termination of membership and potential legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Lazarus Initiative is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical issues during a livestream broadcast.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from membership usage.
• Disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, server outages, or natural disasters.

Our total liability in any claim related to membership or its services shall be limited to the Fees paid for the specific membership.

The Lazarus Initiative reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website, and members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct deemed harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate. Upon termination, membership access will cease immediately, and no refunds will be issued.
